Purpose of the site

newdevelopment.es publishes a catalogue of new-build developments for sale on the Spanish Mediterranean coast, and allows visitors to enquire about them. Use of the site is free and does not require registration.

Terms of use

By using this site you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. In particular, you will not extract or re-use a substantial part of the catalogue by automated means, will not attempt to reach systems or data that are not public, and will not use the content to build a competing database. The catalogue is protected as a database in its own right under articles 133 ff. of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act. We may withdraw access from anyone who acts against these terms.

Accuracy of the information

Prices, availability, specifications, plans and completion dates are supplied by the developers and their agents and are reproduced here in good faith. Unless a page says otherwise, prices are shown excluding VAT (IVA) and purchase costs; they can change without notice, and the developer may change them before we refresh our data.

Nothing on this site is by itself a binding offer, without prejudice to the effect that articles 60 and 61 of the Spanish consumer protection act (TRLGDCU) give to published commercial information. Areas, layouts, finishes, distances and images are indicative and do not form part of any contract of sale. Before you sign anything, confirm every material fact with the developer and with your own lawyer.

Intellectual property

The structure of the site, its texts, its design and its software belong to the site owner. Photographs, renders, floor plans and project names belong to the respective developers and are published to promote the sale of their projects. None of this content may be reproduced or exploited without the written permission of whoever holds the rights to it.

Liability

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of the site is subject to the courts of Alicante, Spain, except that, where consumer law so provides, a consumer may bring proceedings in the courts of their own domicile and may only be sued there.
